Request permanent deletion of your Dairibook account and data.
If you have an active Razorpay subscription (UPI Autopay), you must cancel it first before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
Go to App Settings and cancel your subscription. Wait for confirmation before proceeding.
Email us from the phone number or email associated with your account with the subject line "Delete My Account".
We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Send your deletion request to:
support@emergingapps.coInclude your registered phone number in the email for verification.
After account deletion, we may retain anonymized, non-identifiable data for analytics purposes. All personally identifiable information will be permanently removed within 30 days of processing your request.
